Services & pricing

What we do, and what it costs — no guessing.

Every option here is built around the same idea: you come away understanding your yard, with a plan in hand and no monthly invoice trailing behind you. Prices are listed plainly because you deserve to know before you reach out.

The Walk-Through

$75–100 / first visit

Our starting point and the one most people book first. We walk your yard together, identify what's growing, and talk through your goals.

  • 60–120 minutes on site, with you
  • Plant & problem-area identification
  • Plain-language written summary afterward
  • This-season priorities you can act on

The Check-In

$60 / return visit

For past clients who want a hand as the year turns. A shorter visit to review progress, troubleshoot, and set up the next stretch.

  • For returning Yard Fluent clients
  • Seasonal review & troubleshooting
  • Answers to whatever's come up since
  • Book one or as many as you like — never required

Final pricing depends on lot size and how much ground you want to cover — we'll confirm before anything is booked. Larger or rural properties may run a little higher; we'll always tell you upfront.

So there are no surprises

Every consult includes the things that matter.

No matter which option you choose, you get an unhurried conversation, honest answers, and a written summary you can return to. We won't pad the visit with services you didn't ask for, and we'll never sign you up for anything recurring.

What we don't do: mowing, spraying, planting, or installation. We're your advisor and teacher, not a crew. If you'd rather hire that work out, a consult will make you a much sharper customer when you do.

Worth it, in the ways that count.

"The Season Plan paid for itself the first weekend. I stopped buying plants that were going to die in my shade and finally put the right things in the right spots."
Megan R. Forest Hills, MI · The Season Plan
"Booked a check-in every fall now. It's like having a knowledgeable friend who happens to know exactly what's going on in my backyard."
Tom L. Grand Rapids, MI · The Check-In
